The Nike Air Max 95 NDSTRKT Black Reflective initially launched as part of Air Max 95s quarter-century celebration back in 2020 puts a futuristic twist on Sergio Lozano’s anatomically inspired design from the mid-90s. The retained features of this retooled trainer include the lacing system, mesh layering and tongue. Beyond the usual, to the unusual, moulded plastic caging bulks up the toe, midfoot and heel and fundamentally alters this shoe's timeless aesthetic. All elements of the trainer, new and old, however, have been painted in a stealthy black colourway only interrupted in the dead of night by reflective striping on the lace loops, that will bounce the light off of the phone torches and car headlights to great effect.
