Our Review – Ghillie Kettle Hard Anodised Maverick 0.5L: The Ghillie Kettle Maverick is a harder wearing version of the original style outdoor kettle. The hard-anodised aluminium provides extra protection and durability. In addition to being scratch resistant the kettle is easier to clean and has all the benefits of stainless steel, but is cheaper and, importantly when camping, much lighter. It also has a smooth non-stick, non-reactive surface and is quicker to boil, heat food and clean. The 0.5L capacity provides approximately 2 mugs of boiling water in minutes. The kettle comes with its own hard-wearing carry bag and is a perfect addition to any outdoor activity such as camping, hiking, fishing and Building Sites or anywhere you want a quick hot drink or meal!
